What is QC?

QC stands for Quality Check (or Quality Control). In agent-based shopping, QC usually refers to the inspection photos taken after an item arrives at a warehouse—before it's packed and shipped to you.

On FindQC, QC is a way to preview the real, in-hand condition of an item so you can decide what to do before international shipping: ship it, request more checks, exchange, change size, or return (when possible).

Two Types of QC

Standard QC

Photos Only

Standard QC includes QC photos of the item (inspection images). That's it—no extra product or logistics metadata.

Best when you just want a quick visual check: stitching, alignment, print/label details, obvious defects, and overall appearance.

What QC helps you verify

Visual (Regular & Premium)

  • Craftsmanship (stitching, glue marks, edge finishing)
  • Alignment & symmetry (logo placement, pattern centering)
  • Labels & prints (font, position, clarity)
  • Material texture & surface condition (scratches, stains)

Sanity-Check (Premium Only)

  • Shipping cost drivers (weight + dimensions)
  • Fulfillment reliability (shipping and delivery times)
  • Repeat-risk patterns (defect/return reasons)
