Important note: QC photos, parcel parameters, and defect records shown on FindQC generally come from third-party agents. We display this data but do not create it.

Retention & Deletion

We retain account-linked and usage data for 6 months. After that, it may be deleted or anonymized based on operational needs.

Account Deletion

You can request full account deletion. This removes your account, saved items, and personal records.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can manage these in your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures (access controls, logging) to protect data. However, no online service is 100% secure. We recommend using 2FA on your Google account.

Minors

FindQC is intended for users who are legally able to use online services in their jurisdiction. If you are under the required age, please do not use features requiring an account.
