Beginner Checklist

From finding QC to shipping with confidence. Use this as your "no-surprises" guide to avoid beginner losses like wrong sizes, unexpected shipping costs, or missing return windows.

1

Before you order

5 minutes that save the most money

Check FindQC first —don't order blind

Have a link? Paste and search. No link? Use keywords. Spot red flags early.

Use Premium QC when available

Don't rely only on photos. Check weight, dimensions, shipping times, and recurring defect records.

Decide your "deal-breakers" ahead of time

Set your baseline: Are loose threads okay? How strict are you on color? Don't wait until QC to decide.

Look for recurring issue signals

If Premium QC shows the same defect repeatedly (glue, sizing, alignment), switch listings.

Always have a backup option

Line up one backup link or keyword in case the first choice fails QC.

2

Sending the order

These 3 things must be clear

Specify options in one message

Be explicit: Color, Size, Quantity. Don't just send a link and say "buy this".

Tell them what QC should focus on

Request specific angles (tags, zippers, outsole) and instruct them to HOLD if issues are found.

Save your "paper trail"

Keep a screenshot of the listing and your option message. This is your insurance.

3

Warehouse Check-in & QC

The money moment

Identify QC Type: Regular vs Premium

Regular = Photos only. Premium = Photos + Video + Data. Adjust your review depth accordingly.

Use a fixed QC review order

1. Overall look -> 2. Alignment -> 3. Stitching -> 4. Labels -> 5. Surface -> 6. (Premium) Data & Video.

Request more QC if details are unclear

Lighting too dark? Missing tags? Don't guess—ask for more photos immediately.

Pick one action (don't spiral)

Ship, Request More QC, Change Size, Exchange, or Return. You're chasing acceptable quality, not perfection.

4

Before international shipping

Control cost and risk

Use weight/dimensions to set expectations

Avoid volumetric weight surprises. Know if consolidation will actually save money.

Choose consolidation/reinforcement wisely

Reinforce shoeboxes/fragile items. Consolidate small items. Watch volume on bulky items.

Pick shipping lines for consistency

Don't just pick the fastest "best-case" example. Prioritize stability and tracking quality.

5

After dispatch

Keep records so problems are solvable

Save important records (1 minute)

QC photos, weight/dims, packaging notes, and chat history. This is your proof.

If something goes wrong, collect info first

Before contacting support, gather your Order Ref, QC records, and tracking details.

The Shortest Version

  • Before ordering: Check FindQC & Premium Data.
  • Send agent: Link + Options + QC Focus.
  • After check-in: Review QC in order.
  • Choose action: Ship / Exchange / Return.
  • Shipping: Check weight & pick stable lines.
  • Dispatch: Keep records as proof.
