What FindQC is (Context)
FindQC is a QC discovery and aggregation platform. Content shown generally comes from third-party agents or platforms, including:
- QC photos and videos
- Product titles & links
- Weight, dimensions, records
- Defect/Return data
Even though we index third-party content, we take rights-holder reports seriously and act on valid notices.
What you can report
A) Copyright / DMCA
You own the copyright to specific photos, videos, or text displayed without authorization.
B) Trademark
Use of your trademark causes confusion, misleads users, or involves unauthorized branding.
C) Other IP Rights
Protected designs, patents, or other legally protected assets used without permission.
How to submit a request
Email [email protected]. Include the following 5 points to ensure a fast response:
Rights Holder Information
Your full name/company, contact email, and relationship to the rights (owner or agent).
Description of Rights
Type of right (copyright/trademark) and proof of ownership (registration link, certificate, website).
Exact Location (Crucial)
Specific URL(s) of the content to remove. Vague descriptions delay action.
Reason for Infringement
Why is it infringing? State clearly that it is unauthorized.
Statement & Signature
A statement of good faith accuracy and your electronic signature.
What happens next
Confirmation
We confirm receipt of your request.
Location
We locate the referenced material based on your URLs.
Review & Action
We determine appropriate action (removal, restriction).
Follow-up
We contact you if details are missing or action is taken.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including:
- URLs of removed content
- Explanation/Evidence of authorization
- Contact info & Signature
