Welcome to FindQC ("FindQC," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FindQC website, tools, features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FindQC.
This is a Help Center version written for readability. If any section conflicts with legally binding terms required in your jurisdiction, the legally binding terms will control.
What FindQC is (and what it isn't)
FindQC is a QC discovery and aggregation platform. Services may include:
Important: QC photos, weight, dimensions, and defect records displayed on FindQC generally come from third-party agents. We organize this data, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or authenticity.
Accounts & Access
A) Sign-in (Google OAuth)
Certain features (My Collection, History) require sign-in. You agree that:
- Information associated with your sign-in is accurate.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You won't transfer your account to others.
B) Availability
We work to keep FindQC stable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may limit access for maintenance or security reasons.
Acceptable Use (What you can't do)
Prohibited conduct includes:
- x Scraping, crawling, or abusive automation
- x Attempting to breach security
- x Illegal content or scams
- x Harassment or hate speech
- x Malware distribution
- x DDoS or API abuse
Purchases & Third Parties
FindQC is not a seller
We do not provide purchasing or forwarding services. Links may route to third-party agents. You agree that:
- * Payments, shipping, and returns are handled by third parties.
- * FindQC is not responsible for third-party pricing or service quality.
- * You are responsible for evaluating risks before buying.
QC Content Disclaimers
QC content may be incomplete or contain errors. FindQC does not provide authenticity certification. You are responsible for your own evaluation.
User Submissions
If you submit content (e.g., Guides), you must have the legal right to do so. Do not submit sensitive personal info. We may remove submissions at our discretion.
Affiliate Links
Commission rules are determined by the affiliate program. FindQC does not guarantee clicks or payouts. Fraudulent behavior may result in account termination.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. We don't sell personal data. Data retention is 6 months. Account deletion via email.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create security risks.
Limitation of Liability
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
