Trust & Safety

Scam Prevention

In the agent/reshipping space, scams are common. Scammers rely on urgency and confusion. Learn the patterns to protect your money and account.

The Golden Rule

Don't trust DM "support," don't send personal transfers, don't click unknown links, and never share verification codes.
If someone tries to pull you off official channels, treat it as a high-risk warning sign.

Three non-negotiable rules

If any of these rules are broken, assume it's a scam.

🛡️

Real support won't DM demanding payment

Any message like "pay now or your order will be cancelled" or "transfer right away to avoid price changes" is a major red flag.

🔒

Never share codes or session info

Do NOT share verification codes (OTP), login links, cookies, or tokens. Not with support, mods, or agents. Real staff never ask for them.

💳

Pay only through official channels

Avoid personal transfers (Wise, PayPal F&F, Crypto) unless you know the risk. If there's no official checkout, there's no protection.

Common scam patterns to watch for

Fake "agent support" accounts

They copy a real avatar and use a look-alike name (e.g., swapping 'l' with '1'). Then they DM you asking for account details or extra payments.

"Resell DM" bait

Someone claims they have a better source or private batch and pushes you to order via their special link. This often leads to phishing sites.

"Private agent" requests

"It's cheaper if you pay me directly." They ask for direct transfers (Crypto/Wise). Once paid, the money is gone with no recourse.

Unknown links & downloads

"Click to track parcel" or "Download customs forms." These can lead to fake login pages or malware that steals your session.

How to verify legitimacy

1

Stick to official entry points

Use links from the official website or pinned announcements. Don't trust links sent via DM.

2

Don't handle 'support' in DMs

Ask them to reply in a public channel or move to email/ticket. Real staff will agree.

3

Verify links before acting

Use FindQC Link Converter to resolve raw links. Check the domain carefully.

Safer habits

📨Only use support channels YOU started (email, ticket).
🚫Never pay via DM links or 'quick transfer' requests.
🙈Don't share screenshots with personal details (tracking #).
🔒Tighten Discord privacy (limit DMs from non-friends).

If you already clicked or paid

Act Fast

  1. 1. Stop immediately. Don't reply, don't click again, don't send more money.
  2. 2. Secure accounts. Change passwords (Google, Discord, Payment), reset 2FA, check connected apps.
  3. 3. Save evidence. Screenshot chat logs, user IDs, links, and payment receipts.
  4. 4. Report it. Contact official support or your payment provider immediately.

Did you know?

Scammers often use "trust chains" by impersonating satisfied customers or friends to lower your guard. Always verify independently.
