Quansheng General Store, Chengxiang District, Putian City

If you're hunting for budget-friendly basketball gear on 1688, this Quansheng department store in Putian is a solid find worth a look. They specialize in tops and shorts, with the Miami Heat and NBA styles being their most saved picks by far. Out of 92 total products, there are zero defect records on file, which is honestly pretty rare for a smaller shop and a good sign if you're worried about quality control. The average dispatch time sits at just 0.6 days, so they get packages moving fast, and once shipped, the domestic transit to your Chinese proxy warehouse averages around 2.3 days. That's a breeze compared to some sellers who sit on orders for a week. Since this is 1688, you'll need an agent to handle the purchase and consolidation, but the quick warehouse turnaround means your haul won't get held up on the seller's end. The recent reviews don't show any red flags, just buyers happy with the sizing and speed. If you're loading up on summer shorts or gym tees, this seller is a low-risk add to your next agent haul. Just remember those delivery times are only to the proxy warehouse, not your front door.
