Guangzhou Bute Shoes & Apparel

Format B: The Bullet-Point Breakdown

If you're hunting for budget Air Max styles on 1688, Guangzhou Bute Shoes & Clothing is one of those sellers that keeps popping up. They've got 45 products listed, a 4.0 seller rating, and a decent chunk of their traffic comes from a handful of Air Max Plus listings. Here's the honest breakdown.

What They Sell
The catalog is basically all shoes, and the favorites are loud and clear: the Air Max Plus takes up all three top-saved spots, with the Air Max 270 also getting some love. It's a focused inventory, which is usually a good sign that the seller knows their lane.

Warehouse Delivery Vibe
Dispatch is genuinely quick — average dispatch sits at 0.8 days, and the average delivery time to the local Chinese agent's warehouse is around 2.3 days. One reviewer even noted their pair "arrived to the warehouse in one day." Just to be clear, that's domestic transit to your proxy warehouse, not the international leg to your door.

The Good
No defect records at all, which is rare and worth calling out. The recent review pool is small (only 5 total), but the positive ones are enthusiastic. One buyer called the Air Max Plus "amazing quality" and said they'd "definitely recommend buying," while another flat-out said it's "the best budget link you can find" and the quality "speaks for itself." A German-language review on the Air Max 270 praised the fit, workmanship, and comfort. For the price tier, people seem satisfied.

The Bad
This is where I have to be straight with you. Not every review is glowing. One buyer compared the Air Max Plus side-by-side with a retail pair and said the fabric "is not the same" and the difference is "massive" — they called the quality soft and not good. Another described them as "mid" and admitted "you can find better quality," though they conceded it "looks good" for the price and ships with a box. With only 5 reviews total, that's a real split in sentiment, so expectations should stay realistic.

Verdict
A solid budget option with fast warehouse turnaround and a clean defect record, but quality is hit or miss depending on the model. Go in expecting a price-appropriate product, not perfection, and you'll be fine.
