But the dispatch time (how long they take to actually hand the package to the courier) sits at 2.8 days. Their store SLA says “48小时内” (within 48 hours), so they’re slightly behind their own promise. If you need something rushed, the actual transit is a breeze, but the initial handling can lag a bit.

The Good & The Bad

Good: Zero defects recorded – not one product flagged with issues. That shows they’re checking stock before shipping. Bad: The store return rate range is [15%-20%) – that’s on the higher side. Almost 1 in 5 orders gets sent back? Could be sizing, color, or quality mismatches. With only 20 listings, you’re not getting tons of variety to fall back on either.

Bottom Line

Q is a niche seller with killer warehouse shipping speeds and a clean defect record. But the return rate and slightly slower dispatch (compared to what they advertise) are yellow flags. If you want those Travis Scott or Dri-FIT type pieces, it’s a solid find – just measure twice and keep expectations realistic.
